1. Is the Pine Martin related to a ferrett and what kind of habitat does it have?
Yes the Pine Marten appears to be related to ferrets. Pine Martens near us are found in the Burren - a limestone landscape very near our school (we can see it from our new classroom) read more about the Burren at burrenbeo.com The Pine Marten is a nocturnal animal and likes living in wooded areas especially hollow trees. In the Burren they are very elusive and hard to see
