The male pheasants are always beautiful and colorful.
They do not come in different colors.

They eat some cereals.

It can be 70 cm long.

1. Why are these called Formosan Reeve's muntjac and what does it mean in Chinese?
Muntjac can be found in China and south-eastern Asia.
Formosan Reeve's muntjac has had his own characteristics which are different from those in China and south-eastern Asia.
So, it is called the "Formosan" Reeve's Muntjac.
There are three types of deers in Taiwan and it is the smallest one.
